From mispricing to a managed position.
Trade direction or trade volatility. For directional trades, StockAgents calls the move from fundamentals, technicals and market context. For volatility trades, it measures implied against realized volatility and hedges the delta to zero. Either way, it prices the structure against its own surface, checks it against your limits and keeps watching until it’s time to adjust or exit.
01 SIGNAL AND PRICE
A directional call from fundamentals and technicals, or a volatility signal from implied vs realized. Every structure is priced against our own surface.
02 CHECK
Regime-conditional limits, risk by sector and theme, 10,000-path simulations, and what a 5% to 40% sell-off costs under four kinds of shock.
03 DECIDE
You approve every position, rebalance and hedge. Nothing in the book changes without you.
04 MONITOR
Setups re-run on schedule and hedges re-size daily or more often, with alerts to enter, adjust or exit.

Hedging, pictured
What the hedge removes, and what it leaves
Every hedge has a job. In a directional trade it strips out the market, so only your view on the stock is left. In a volatility trade it strips out direction entirely, so the P&L is the gap between the volatility you paid for and the volatility the stock delivers.
- 01Beta hedges in the stock, its sector ETF or the index, sized to your target
- 02Delta hedges re-sized daily or more often, each one proposed for your approval
- 03P&L split into delta, gamma, theta and vega, so you see what actually paid
- 04Multi-leg structures such as risk reversals hedged as one position

LIVELong 10 at-the-money straddles at 40% implied vol. No view on direction: the delta is hedged back to zero every day.

WHERE THE HEDGED P&L CAME FROM
The stock moved more than the 40% you paid for. Gamma earned more than theta cost, and direction played no part.
Illustrative. Hedges are proposals; you approve each one.

Most options tools show you volatility and Greeks. StockAgents starts from the stock or ETF itself, then prices the trade and governs the whole book.
